My journey from Russia to the USA — a story of growth, choices, and scaling.
I was born in Petrozavodsk — a quiet northern city surrounded by forests and lakes. In the '90s, it was a time of tension, change, and unexpected opportunities. At 14, I got a chance that turned my life around — I won a scholarship under the FSA/FLEX program (Future Leaders Exchange) and spent a year in an American high school.

That year was my first real experience of independence, freedom, and a new world. I studied in a US high school, lived with a host family, and learned to think in English — but most importantly, I realized the world is vast, and I could be part of something bigger.

Back in Russia, I knew I had to keep going. After high school, I enrolled at Grand Valley State University in the US, then transferred to Ferris State University, where I found a balance of practice and strategy.
This journey wasn’t just academic — it was cultural, emotional, and transformative. It became the foundation for everything I now build: ThinkScale, TatarPro Academy, and strategic growth architectures.

I live between worlds — and I know how to bridge East and West, systems and empathy, business and the human

Mission and Values:
Time is not linear — it’s a field. I appear where I’m meant to be.
Physics: spacetime as probability field (quantum superposition)
1. I am a point of consciousness in an infinite time stream
2. What I observe becomes real
My focus creates reality. Where my attention goes, my world forms.
Quantum physics: observer effect, wave function collapse
Energy doesn’t vanish — it transforms. I don’t fear endings, I am part of the flow.
Law of energy conservation, thermodynamics, karmic metaphysics
3. Death is not an end, but a shift in form
4. Love is not a feeling, but a frequency
I tune into love like a wave — and everything begins to resonate.
Resonance, EM fields, vibrational logic (Karmalogic)
I don’t chase money — I align with meaning and clarity.
When I act with structure, money follows as a natural result.
Money is not the source or the goal — it's a trailing tool.
5. Money is not energy, but a tool that follows my flow
6. Success is a side effect of living in truth
When I say "yes" to myself, the universe synchronizes.
Field coherence principle. Self-worth as source of momentum
I’m not "working on myself" — I befriend myself and unfold through time.
Self-observing system principle. Living organism > growth scheme
7. I treat myself as a living phenomenon, not a project for improvement
8. A friend is someone you hear without words
Connection is not just shared past — it's recognizing shared frequencies.
Synchronicity, quantum entanglement
How I structure energy creates my reality.
Event fields, karmic architecture, energy hygiene
9. Space is not "where" but "how"
10. Life is not an upward path but a dance in all directions
I don’t “advance” — I unfold, resonate, and explore.
Multidimensional experience > linear goals. Not a ladder, but a field of choices
